Right way and wrong way. A completely re-written article is a good spin. Reason being... some readers care more about section A, B, or C of an article. For the ones that care about section A, you can ditch the B and C sections and just elaborate on section A. Or any combination of the 3 or 4 or however many sections an article can be broken into. It is esentially what news stations do. They focus on one specific part of a story and re-spin that story for a whole week, telling a different version of the story each time.
