Accepting Authors to write for the Main Site

Thanks for the support everyone) The main directory of this site ez-onlinemoney.com has been ranking on page 1 of Google for the keyword phrase “make money online” (without quotes) for several months now. It also maintains close to a hundred page 1 positions for related keywords.

I figure it’s time to get serious with it and go for #1. It’s also a good way to give you guys and gals something back. So that’s exactly what I’m going to do…

I may or may not let this offer stand for good, but for the time being at least, I’m going to let you guys “guest post” on the main directory. These will be articles written by you with your full resource box and up to 2 links to your site/blog within, that will remain “static” on the site. These are not blog posts that eventually settle deep into the blog.

I’ll be creating an “articles” page that will be linked to the front page of ez-onlinemoney.com (without the rel=”nofollow” attribute of coarse) and your articles will be placed on that page. That’s one click away from the page that ranks on the front page of Google for “make money online.”

Here is what you need to do

1. Link to the main page http://ez-onlinemoney.com/ using the anchor text “Make Money Online” without quotes on your site/blog. This is optional, but for every link you point to the site using that anchor text, I’ll publish an additional article for you. In other words, link to me twice and I’ll publish two of your articles, provided they adhere to the guidelines below.
2. Write an article with a minimum of 300 words that is related to making money online. This can be a “do “this” to make money online” type article or it can be Internet marketing related ie. SEO, affiliate marketing etc.

3. Send the article along with a link to the page where you linked to me (if you did,) and a clear photo of yourself via email to joshspaulding1@gmail.com with the subject link: “Guest Article for ezonlinemoney”

I’ll take a look and if I approve your article I’ll place it on the site and email you with the details.

Please make sure you abide by the following guidelines:

1. Articles must be unique. Your article must pass a CopyScape.com check and have no other traces on the WWW. In other words, your article will never be published anywhere else on the Internet.
2. Articles must be a minimum of 300 words
3. Articles may not contain any major grammatical errors. I’m no pro writer either, but the articles should “read” well.
4. The main body of the article may not be used to promote yourself, your website, your business or any thing/person you are affiliate with. However, you can use the resource box to promote away.
5. Your resource box should not contain more than 2 active links.

I don’t mean to sound arrogant, but this is a very unique and valuable offer and unless you don’t need links or traffic, it wouldn’t be smart to pass it by

this is awesome. I’ve been wanting to give you back some link love for quite sometime and “voila” there you go buddy!

Just a few questions:

1. Does this mean that it will be a blogroll kind of link or a anchor text link within my blog posts or article?

2. is there a maximum number of words you’d recommend or about 300-500 is ok?

Hi Vern,

Good deal!

1. Your two links can be straight links ie. URL or anchor text. They will appear in the resource box of your article.

For example: To learn everything you need to know about “niche,” just visit mysite dot com where you’ll find valuable tips on this and this.

This would appear after the article body.

2. The only requirement is that the article is at least 300 words.

boxes have a URL or anchor text pointing
to your main site.

2. post it on my blog

3. submit that link (or post) to you via
email and then attach my pic?

@ Vern - Taking a breather now

1. Write an article or two with your resource boxes containging a link or two to YOUR website, not mine. This article will appear on my site, so you get the link juice and traffic to your site, not mine.

2. No, the article must be unique. This way we both get something out of it.

3. Email the article to me along with a pic of you.

The only additional thing is to link to ez-onlinemoney.com on your site/blog. This is not required, but if you do, I’ll allow submission of more than one article.

Hi Josh,

That’s a great opportunity and I’ve totally been on the lookout for quality sites I can contact about writing articles for so this sounds perfect.

A couple of questions:

- When I link to you, is it ok to do in a blog post on my blog or are you looking for a static link on the sidebar? (I’ve got the dofollow plugin installed)

- Would you accept an article about outsourcing? I’m thinking an article with tips on outsourcing to make more money online and how to decide what to outsource and determine if it’s actually profitable might work with your site?

Glad to help So far only two others have taken me up on the offer, so the links will be getting quite a bit of link juice (especially considering my linking structure on the main directory.)

Any link is fine. The main thing is that the article is useful and unique (not found anywhere else.)

An articles on Outsourcing would be a great idea.. In fact, I am currently in the process of contacting BrickWorks in India for some things I am working on. Outsourcing is new to us so any thoughts and ideas you have would be greatly appreciated.
