Buzzle doesn’t forbid links to your site, nor does any other good article directory. If an article directory didn’t allow links to the authors site, there would be no point in submitting articles to them, so they would receive no articles.

You may be thinking of the article body, which in most cases, it isn’t allowed to insert self-serving links. No big deal. The signature is where your links go.
