My ads have not been doing so well lately, and sometimes it seems like too much work for too little money.

Each time I think about “getting rid of adsense altogether”, here comes someone like you ( a respected authority) who says..”DON’T!”.

Text ads do better for the most part, but sometimes an image ad will start appearing on my site that gets a lot of clicks. For example, if one appears for the iPhone, people just love to click on those things ads. People also seem to flip over anything to do with music.

When I use section targeting, I am able to see this:

on my web pages. I did put it in the html section. I also removed the stars. Do you know what the problem could be?

@ meh – Just do a Google search for “WordPress Adsense Plugin” if you’re running WordPress. If it’s another CMS you’ll have to ask them. If it’s a basic html site you’ll need to either use Dreamweaver, Frontpage or another html editor or learn html.

I agree with these points – but would also add:-

TEST (and test some more) which size and type of Adsense adverts work best for your page layout.

Got a white background with black google, yellow text . Placed it here and there in the tekst, hughe %!
